Very heavy CAST IRON WOK with cover Ø31cm by KRISBERG / KINGHOFF
The cast iron from which the vessel is made is thick and heavy to properly accumulate and maintain high temperature.
The black surface was obtained thanks to a unique process of firing cast iron in vegetable oil at a very high temperature (oxidation). The oxidized surface reduces susceptibility to rust.
The product also fits all types of kitchens, as well as induction cookers.

Rules of use:

Hand wash only (do not dishwasher)

Rinse and dry before use.

Clean with a brush after use.

After drying, grease with vegetable oil.

Do not prepare acidic dishes.

Do not store food.

The vessel is not stainless - oxidation reduces susceptibility to rust, but does not prevent it.
