One of a kind, very heavyCAST IRON RIFY PAN with a capacity of approx. 4.7L
The cast iron from which the vessel is made is thick and heavy (5.5kg) to properly accumulate and maintain high temperature.
The black surface was obtained thanks to a unique process of firing cast iron in vegetable oil at a very high temperature.
The surface has been additionally oxidized, which reduces susceptibility to rust.
The cover is also entirely made of cast iron.
The product fits all types of kitchens and induction cookers.

Rules of use:

• Rinse and dry before use.

• Clean with a brush after use.

• After drying, grease with vegetable oil.

• Do not prepare acidic dishes.

• Do not store food.

• The vessel is not stainless. Oxidizing reduces susceptibility to rust, but does not prevent it.
