Pots and accessories from the EBONY ROSEWOOD COLLECTION series by BERLINGER HAUS are made of high-quality aluminum covered with a triple granite coating (marble) with a very high hardness coefficient. These attractive and fashionable dishes are standardly equipped with SOFT TOUCH handles (silicone handle). Suitable for all types of cookers: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, induction. Granite coating It is a Teflon coating enriched with granite powder, thanks to which obtains greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but retains its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but is more resistant to damage, even superior to ceramic coatings.

 The granite coating makes that the dishes are exceptionally scratch-resistant and durable. This type of pots and pans also allows you to fry using a minimum amount of fat, because the vessel heats up similarly to a stone and gives off heat with its entire surface.
